Where to Find It

To access the new self-service portal, follow these steps:

  1. Click your organization’s logo at the top of the Merge Freeze dashboard
  2. Select “Settings” to access your Organization profile
  3. Click “Billing Portal” on the Organization profile page
  4. Start managing your subscription
